Brief development and site selection

Before you start
Our fee for Module 1 ranges from USD 2,000 to USD 5,000 depending on the size and complexity of the project. This covers small to medium-sized projects and includes desktop research, site assessment and the development of a clear, actionable project brief.

Module 1 does not include site visits. If site visits are required, they will be arranged and quoted separately.

We work on a fee basis only and do not undertake “at-risk” or speculative work.
