A low-profile Kenya fence ensures safety while preserving uninterrupted sightlines to a nearby waterhole visited by wildlife. Tim Steyn’s landscape design integrates indigenous planting with the natural topography, linking outdoor spaces to the wider reserve.
Despite a tight budget, the architecture incorporates refined touches, including sloped marine ply ceilings and hardwood skirtings, providing warmth against the robust stonework. All masonry and rockwork was executed by local artisans, producing a finish that blends seamlessly into the bushveld.
Each suite is oriented for privacy and panoramic views, while the yoga studio offers a dedicated space for reflection and connection to nature.
